With 17 years in adult social care, she began her career as an Activities Coordinator before progressing through a range of roles and becoming a Registered Manager in 2015. That hands-on journey gives her a deep understanding of what great care looks like day to day, both for residents and for the families who support them.
Passionate about high standards, teamwork and creating a positive environment, Lisa is committed to making sure residents are always at the heart of everything the home does. Her door is always open for a chat, and families are always welcome to say hello.
