For Vicki Yeoman, great care has always been about people, relationships and doing the right thing every day.
She has worked in the care sector since 1989 and joined Ashlea Mews in 2007 as a night shift care assistant. While building her career in the home, she completed her Level 2 and 3 NVQ qualifications and progressed into senior care roles.
Her passion for supporting residents, particularly in medication management and end of life care, led her into deputy leadership before completing her Level 5 qualification in 2017 and becoming Home Manager.
