With renovated bedrooms, spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, activity spaces and an accessible outdoor area, residents are encouraged to stay active, continue familiar routines and reconnect with the hobbies and interests that matter to them. Higher staffing levels and additional dementia training help provide extra reassurance for residents and families.

Meet Lisa-Marie, Home Manager at Green Park

Lisa-Marie is the Home Manager at Langfield and brings clinical expertise, leadership experience and a genuine passion for person-centred care to the home.

A Registered Nurse since 2012, she has worked across a variety of care settings in a range of management roles, building broad experience in supporting older people and leading teams to deliver high standards of care.

Before becoming Home Manager, Lisa-Marie worked within Orchard Care Homes as Deputy Manager. She now leads Langfield with warmth, professionalism and a commitment to helping every resident feel safe, valued and truly at home.
