Whitney is the Home Manager at Three Bridges Nursing Home and brings strong clinical experience alongside a genuine passion for supporting residents and families. She began her nursing career in intensive care and first knew Three Bridges while training as a nurse, later returning to the home to continue her career.
Since then, Whitney has progressed through roles including Nurse, Unit Manager and Clinical Lead before becoming Home Manager. Her approach is hands-on, positive and people-focused, creating a home where residents feel cared for, families feel supported and colleagues are encouraged to work together as one team.
