With a career in care spanning more than two decades, Craig leads Paisley Lodge with extensive experience in both dementia and mental health support. He began working in care in 1999, later qualifying as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in 2005, before going on to manage a number of services over the years.
His approach is centred on understanding the person behind every care need and creating an environment where residents feel respected, supported and able to thrive. Since joining Paisley Lodge in 2025, Craig has enjoyed getting to know residents and their families, helping shape a home that feels warm, positive and welcoming.
