Karen Radford is the Home Manager at Millfield Care Home and has worked in the care sector since 1998. Beginning her career as a care assistant, she went on to complete her nursing qualification before progressing into management roles.
Since joining Millfield in 2013, Karen has been passionate about creating a home that is shaped around the people who live there. Her focus is on ensuring residents feel listened to, respected and supported, while leading a team that delivers warm, high-quality care every day.
