Green Park is home to three specialist Reconnect communities, created for people living with more complex dementia needs. These welcoming environments combine enhanced support with the warmth and familiarity of home, helping residents feel safe, understood and valued every day.
Care is shaped around the person, not just a diagnosis. The team takes time to understand each resident’s life story, routines, preferences and the things that bring comfort or joy, creating support that feels personal, respectful and reassuring.
Meaningful spaces including arts and crafts areas, laundry rooms, gardening equipment and a DIY workshop encourage residents to stay active, continue familiar hobbies and reconnect with past interests. With higher staffing levels and dementia-trained carers, nurses and support workers, residents receive the reassurance and specialist support they need every day.
Spacious private rooms with modern furnishings, personal space and room for familiar belongings.
Comfortable lounges, quiet areas and reminiscence spaces designed for social time or peaceful moments.
Picturesque gardens, arts and crafts areas, laundry rooms and a DIY workshop that support meaningful daily life.
