Meet Denise, Home Manager at Riverdale

With a career in care spanning more than three decades, Denise West leads Riverdale with warmth, knowledge and genuine commitment. Since qualifying as a registered nurse in 1990, she’s held a wide range of roles, from night nurse through to Home Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Director and Managing Director.

What drew Denise back to home leadership was the opportunity to make a personal difference every day. She values building relationships with residents and families, understanding what matters to each person, and using her dementia care expertise to help create a home where people feel safe, respected and supported.
