She has worked in the care sector since 1989, beginning her career as a care assistant before qualifying as a nurse. Over the years, Trudy has held both nursing manager and registered manager roles, building extensive experience across a wide range of care settings.
Since joining Eckington Court in 2016, Trudy has helped create a home where people feel respected, supported and genuinely known as individuals. Together with the team, she is committed to providing high standards of care in a warm and welcoming environment where residents and families feel reassured every day.
